Do I need any previous programming or web experience?

The website is totally editable by you using a user-friendly WYSIWYG ‘What You See Is What You Get’ online editor that requires no web design or programming experience. As a completely web-based system, there is no complex software to download, install or learn.

Are there any hidden costs?

Put simply, no. The website package is designed to be simple to subscribe to and use for just £299.95 per year.

I am only an Estate Agent – will the website work for me?

Yes, our website package is designed to suit letting agencies, estate agencies or agencies that do both. For a sales only agent, features such as the 'no smokers and no pets' symbols are disabled from the property details. You can also change the page names to exactly what you want, for example ‘Information for Vendors’ and 'Information for Buyers'.

How quickly can I be up and running?

Once you have registered with us through our ‘Order Now’ page and then proceeded to the payment area, our technical support team will process your order. Your domain name will then be registered and your site set up. You will then receive an email from our technical support team notifying you that your website is ready to use. This process will take no longer than 2 working days.

What if there is something I do not understand?

In the admin area of the website we have a support section where you can email our technical support team directly who will endeavour to get your query solved as soon as possible.

How can I increase search engine visibility?

Your website will be Search Engine Optimised to provide greater success in search engine results. You can also input your own keywords and meta information for each web page to increase visibility.

Is there a limit to the number of properties that I can list on the website database?

No, you can add as many properties as you like and when you have sold or let a property you can either delete it (if you will never advertise it again) or disable it so that you can advertise the property again in the future as is often the case with lettings. 

Can I add my ‘landlord brochure’ for my landlords to download?

Yes, in our simple editor there is the ability to add links to downloadable documents.

Can I change the colours of the website?

Yes, the site colours are fully editable allowing you to create an individual website that matches your company colours and image.

What if my agency has several offices?

You have the ability to add several contact addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses to your contact page. The property database also automatically adds numerous locations to the search facility meaning that tenants / buyers can search for the specific town that they require. Each office and/or each staff member can have their own username and password to log in and add / delete properties and make changes to the website.
